On August 26, 2023, Leslie "Big Lez" Segar will be the host for Marc Stephens massive entrepreneur networking event with 1,200 guests at Pier 40 on the luxurious $20 million mega yacht named Infinity.

The event, which is titled “MAS Yacht Party and Entrepreneur Networking Event”, provides a opportunity for individuals to meet and network with other entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, women-owned businesses, black-owed businesses, small business owners, venture capitalist, personal loan officers, bank representatives, techies, real estate professionals, and private investors from around the world, while enjoying complimentary food and drinks, different genres of music, and the New York City skyline.

Stephens, who mainly works behind the scenes, is a personal and business consultant to many high-profile celebrities.

Stephens will be launching multiple businesses before the networking event. The businesses include a news media company covering all five boroughs in New York City, such as Staten Island News, Brooklyn News, Queens News, Bronx News, and Manhattan News.

Stephens will also be publishing multiple magazines such as All House Music Magazine, Bear Arms Magazine, Lonje Magazine, Vered Magazine, Vital Signs Magazine, NYC Hip Hop Magazine, and a Yacht Magazine. Over 500 advertisers are signed up to Stephens media company and online magazines.

On December 6, 2022, Stephens incorporated a nonprofit named, The Black Restitution Initiative, Inc. (BRI). The organization’s headquarters is located in midtown Manhattan on 42nd Street.

According to its mission statement, the organization will be operating to reduce poverty, within the black community, by using modern technology.

Stephens has extensive knowledge in the wireless telecommunications industry. Stephens was responsible for contract negotiations with private landlords, municipalities, and the federal government in order to build the wireless infrastructure for cellphone networks around the United States. Stephens clients included all major wireless telecommunication carriers such as Cingular Wireless, Clearwire, MetroPCS, Nextel, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon.

Stephens also worked as a consultant for American Towers Corporation, Bechtel Corporation, Alcatel-Lucent, and the global aerospace and military defense company, General Dynamics, Inc.

In addition to launching multiple businesses, Stephens will be working closely with several private lenders, and black owned banks, to assist black entrepreneurs with obtaining funding.
